Today we let the kids play outside in all their glory to dig in the mud, share watermelon slices with the dogs, and pee in their new piece of crap baby pool. I could hear that the neighbors on both sides were also enjoying time out in their backyards, but it wasn't until quite a bit later that I realized they were also having a fairly big cookout. Haha!!!! (Hopefully, they weren't too put off by the peep show.)
My friend Kim calls her son the "glazed donut" whenever he has a runny nose because that's what a little kid's nose looks like when they have a cold. Currently, it's very appropriate for the all noses up in this house because we all look like glazed donuts. Wyatt might even qualify as a Bavarian Cream. (Eww! Was that one step too far?!?!) Anyway, slowly we are all starting to feel better and want to creep out of the house.
It's scorching hot here though! FO SHO!

Ansley and Frances could definitely join your colony. I need to know your secret of the blackout booties. I have many cute naked pictures and no one to show them too. It is pretty said that in Ansley's vocabulary one of the clear words she can say is Get naked!!!
I'm glad you're all starting to feel better. Kids always love getting naked for some reason. Sometimes I wish I didn't have to wear clothes either, especially when it's like 105 degrees out!
